2️⃣ How much weight you can move on a given day is nearly irrelevant.

3️⃣ Our absolute measure of your success in the gym (and everywhere) is whether or not you are acting in service of your future self.

When we started @strengthf1rst we took a look out into the real life health status of real life people and we were SHOCKED by the numbers that you see on the second slide of this post.

For most people, a joint replacement (and the pain and suffering that leads up to it) can all but ruin their life.

In trying to do our part to solve that problem, Knee Health Day was born.

@strengthf1rst Knee Heath Day is on the list of Mandatory Minimum Efforts for EVERY single one of our clients.

By consistently working on strengthening and bringing awareness to her low leg with the @strengthf1rst Knee Health programming, and an uncompromising commitment to stability, we introduced a functioning system to manage load as she carries herself through life.

That system, if it is properly trained, can safeguard your knees and hips from the sheering force of instability, and can be your saving grace in avoiding injury.
